Policy Renewal
Your Annual Insurance is subject to the automatic renewal service. We will notify you by email 6 weeks before the renewal date of your policy and tell you about any changes to the premium or the policy terms and conditions. We will collect the premium due two weeks before the renewal date of your policy via the same payment method used in this booking unless you tell us not to.

If you do not want to us to auto-renew your policy, you can turn this feature off using your policy login details at any stage after you have purchased the policy. Alternatively, you must contact us at least 48 hours before your payment due date by telephone/email, otherwise we will collect the renewal premium. Further information can be found in our Terms of Business.

In order to qualify for cover under this insurance policy:

  • You and all insured drivers must be permanently resident in the UK; and
  • You must be purchasing the insurance prior to the start of the rental agreement for which you wish cover to apply.
  • You are not hiring any of the following vehicles.
  • Any rental from Green Motion International trading as Green Motion Car Rental is excluded.
